Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the eyewear in its original designer case and packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
